Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

We hope all you order from CELORA leaves you delighted. If a purchase turns out not to be right, this policy sets out how to send it back and how we will set things right.

1. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right

As a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no reason needed. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, a further 14 days are yours to return the items to us.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

For a full refund, items should reach us unused and in their original packaging wherever you can manage it. You may inspect an item just as you would in a shop, but goods handled beyond that may have their refund adjusted to reflect any drop in value.

3. How to Start a Return

Beginning a return is quick. Email us at contact@celora.com with your order number and a short note of what you would like to send back. We will reply with the return address and everything you need to get your parcel moving.

4. Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty or reached you in error, the cost of sending it back is yours to cover. We would always advise a tracked service, as the parcel stays your responsibility until it safely reaches us.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something turns up damaged, faulty, or simply not what you ordered, tell us at once — a photo attached to your email helps us settle it in one go. In these cases we cover the return cost and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you would rather have.

6. How Your Refund Is Paid

Once your returned goods arrive and have been checked, we will refund your original payment method within 14 days. This covers the standard delivery charge from your original order, though not any premium upgrade you may have added.

Need to arrange a return or ask about a refund? Email contact@celora.com and we will be happy to help.

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned

A few goods are exempt for reasons of hygiene or practicality — sealed personal-care items opened after delivery, for one. Where an exemption applies, it will be spelled out on the product page. None of this affects your rights should such an item prove faulty.
