Welcome to CELORA. The lines below lay out the ground rules for using our website and for buying from us. By browsing celora.com or placing an order, you accept them, so please give them a read before you complete your purchase.

1. About These Terms

These terms hold for every visitor and customer of CELORA. They cover how the site may be used, how orders are formed, and the duties on both sides. If anything here leaves you unsure, do reach out before ordering and we will happily clear it up.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you are offering to buy the items in your basket. We will send an email confirming we have it, but the contract between us is sealed only once your goods leave for dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for instance where stock has run dry or a price was shown incorrectly — and in that case anything you have paid is returned to you in full.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency at checkout and include VAT where it applies. We do our utmost to keep every figure correct, but if a plain mistake slips past us, we will raise it with you before processing and let you choose to go ahead or cancel. Payment is collected when you order, through our secure providers.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom and much of Europe. You will find our estimated delivery times and charges in full on the Shipping & Payment page. We do all we can to hold to these windows, though they are estimates rather than guarantees, as the final stretch sits with third-party carriers.

5. Your Right to Cancel

As a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no reason needed. Our Withdrawal & Cancellation page walks you through the steps. A handful of items, such as sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene reasons, may fall outside this right.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you truly pleased with what you buy. If something is not right, our Refund Policy explains how to send it back and how your refund is dealt with. Where you can, please return goods in a resaleable condition.

7. Using Our Website

You agree to use celora.com for lawful purposes alone, and never in a way that could harm the site, spoil its use for others, or tread on anyone else's rights. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site whenever a reasonable need arises.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website — the text, images, layout and graphics — belongs to CELORA or is used with permission. Browse and enjoy it as you please, but do not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent.

9. Our Liability

We take real care over our products and our service, and we never seek to exclude any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which stand firmly beside all that is written here.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside.
